Wet and Dry Slip Rentals and Purchases

Wet Slip Ownership

Most slips at Bradley Creek Marina are individually owned. They range in size from 17’- 24’ dry and 22’ to 65’ wet and periodically are for sale. The sale of a membership involves a membership application with approval of the Board of Directors and a 5% transfer fee. Please call the office for additional information and availability .

Wet Slip Rental

Slips become available to rent periodically.  They range in 17’ to 28’ dry storage and 22’-65’ wet storage. They are available to rent through the office and some are rented privately. A one-year lease is required with all rentals and runs from April 1 to March 31st the following year. No liveaboards are allowed in the marina. If a slip becomes available during other times of the year, the rent will be prorated.  Please call the office for additional information and availability.

Dry Slip Ownership

Currently, we have one 17′ dry, and two 22′ dry slips available for purchase. Please call the office for additional information and availability.
