Individuals interested in long term boating or investment may want to consider purchasing a Membership at Bradley Creek Boatominium, Inc. Your purchase will give you the exclusive rights to use a designated slip that you can use year after year, then you can either sell the slip, will it to your children or grandchildren, or rent the slip to someone else. Prices are determined by the length of the slip, not the length of the boat stored in the slip, but the boat's registered length cannot exceed the size designation of the slip. Members pay quarterly dues to maintain and support our non-profit organization. As a member, not only will you have the assurance that you will have a place to store your boat year after year, you will have the benefit of having an asset that increases in value so that your money is purchasing something for you, not supporting someone else as rent does. PURCHASING A MEMBERSHIP:

For long term assurance that you will have a space to store your boat, as well as for investment purposes, you may want to purchase a membership in Bradley Creek Boatominium, Inc. The basic membership price will depend on the slip length and whether the slip is a wet slip or dry storage slip. Within a specific size, the prices are subject to vary slightly because each selling member may have different minimum prices. Also, the Board of Directors has first right of refusal for all transfers, so if the selling price is significantly below the "going rate" for that size, the Board may exercise its option and purchase the membership. Members may live on their boat if they choose.

RENTING:

When a member decides not to use his slip, he may make it available for rent. Most slips rent for a period from April 1 to March 31, with rentals that start later than April 1 being prorated from that start date until March 31. Renters are typically given first choice for future renewals, but we cannot guarantee that any specific rental slip will be available beyond any specific rental period. We will make every effort to locate slips within the Marina for all renters wanting to renew.

We do not have transient spaces and renters cannot live aboard, although they may spend occasional weekends on their boat if they live out of town.
